Jennifer Snow, Director of Agriculture & Volunteer Programs and Program Director for Winrock’s Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) programs, has more than two decades of experience in management and leadership roles, including 17 years at Winrock in both the New Business Services Unit and the Agriculture & Volunteer Programs team. Snow ── a former Winrock F2F volunteer, herself ── has designed and implemented numerous organizational tools and processes to ensure effective implementation of Winrock’s international volunteer assignments, and directly built the capacity of F2F host organizations, partners and staff in Latin America, Asia and Africa to leverage skilled volunteers to achieve strong impacts. As former director of the New Business team, she significantly expanded the scope of the unit’s services, resulting in the tripling of Winrock’s annual new business revenues by 2007. Currently, as director of Agriculture & Volunteer programs and program director of Winrock’s F2F programs, Snow directly oversees $76 million in international projects in Asia and Africa, and leads capture and proposal teams to prepare competitive proposals with a proven track record of success. She is passionate about helping smallholder farmers, women, and youth to make new connections and adopt sustainable, innovative practices to improve their livelihoods through knowledge exchange and market systems development. Snow speaks French and Spanish in addition to English, and has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Denver.
