Molly Brueger, administrative associate in the president’s office, works with the chief of staff and CEO to provide administrative and support services, including managing the CEO’s schedule and assisting in preparation for Winrock board meetings and strategic initiatives. Before joining Winrock, Molly taught English in Japan for two years. A graduate of Kalamazoo College (Mich.), she majored in East Asian Studies, played varsity women’s soccer, and spent her junior year abroad as a Boren Scholar in Kyoto, Japan. Molly interned with USAID’s Asia Bureau, where she conducted research and drafted content for the #AmericaAsiaAllies social media campaign, which promoted USAID’s work in Burma and Cambodia. She also interned with the American Institute in Taiwan’s office in Tapei, where she performed market research to identify and promote financial services sector technology, and helped with outreach to U.S. franchising and related companies. Molly grew up in Arlington, Va., and speaks both Chinese and Japanese.
