Niry Ramasinjatovo

Niry Ramasinjatovo is Winrock’s Senior Director for MERL, MIS and Gender. She leads Winrock’s efforts in these areas, designing and improving the organization’s strategies, systems, tools and processes with her team. Ramasinjatovo has more than 19 years of professional experience providing monitoring and evaluation, management and technical support to projects and programs in developing countries. Most recently, she worked for seven years at ACDI-VOCA, where she served as senior MERL director, promoting improved evaluation and learning practices within field projects for the organization. Previously, she spent 11 years at Pact, where she oversaw technical/financial reporting for a $32 million portfolio while serving as Madagascar deputy country director. During her time there, Ramasinjatovo also served as a knowledge management and gender specialist and as a GIS technician. Ramasinjatovo holds a Doctor of Philosophy in social sciences from the Université Paris Descartes and master’s degrees from the University of Antananarivo (Madagascar) in Geographical Information Systems and economics.
