Asia-Pacific Leadership Initiative on Gender and Climate Change

For two years, USAID LEAF strengthened 24 Gender Champions from six countries in the Asia-Pacific Leadership Initiative on Gender and Climate Change. Our Gender Champions increased their knowledge and skills, resulting in confident, visible leaders ready to address gender issues in climate change. These Gender Champions are connected to each other in a regional network and are already exerting their influence on policy decisions at the local, regional, and national levels.
