Reporting and Communicating on Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery in Malaysia

The USAID Asia Counter Trafficking in Persons activity, implemented by Winrock International, conducted a training with the Thomson Reuters Foundation focused on dual-track reporting and communications for journalists and Civil Society Organizations from Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region. The training included one-on-one mentoring with selected participants and the presentation of mentoring outputs, namely the publication of five human trafficking and modern slavery stories, two CSO communications plans and one CSO communications strategy.
