U.S. Programs Senior Director Linsley Kinkade Speaks on CDI Podcast

Winrock International U.S. Programs Senior Director Linsley Kinkade recently spoke with the University of Central Arkansas’s Community Development Institute (CDI) as part of their podcast series. Kinkade is a CDI graduate, a member of the CDI Advisory Board, and a professional community and economic developer (PCED) certification holder. In the podcast, Kinkade discussed her professional background and work with Winrock, and offered a few tips to current CDI participants.
