The module provides an overview of the procedure and practices for the identification, investigation and prosecution of trafficking-in-persons and forced labour cases in domestic criminal law. Participants will gain a better understanding of the rights of trafficking victims and forced labour victims pursuant to domestic criminal and civil law and the judicial and non-judicial remedies available to trafficking victims and forced labour victims in Bangladesh.
