Angelo Austria

Angelo Austria is Winrock International’s associate director of Service Desk & Network Operations, based in the Manila regional office. He brings more than 18 years of experience in information technology, with expertise spanning IT business analysis, project management, service delivery, cybersecurity and infrastructure operations. Before joining Winrock, Austria worked in consulting and shared services environments supporting private-sector organizations. Across his career, he has focused on aligning technology with business needs, strengthening IT operations and security, and delivering practical solutions that support organizational priorities. Austria holds a degree in business and a master’s degree in information systems, complemented by professional certifications in IT service management, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and IT governance.
