Briana Tyler

Briana Tyler, associate director of People & Culture at Winrock International, serves as a strategic partner to Winrock’s U.S.-based employees and leaders. She brings more than 17 years of human resources experience spanning employee relations, benefits, systems, compliance, performance management, training and policy development. Since joining Winrock in 2017, her work has focused on helping leaders and employees navigate complex people matters, strengthening processes and aligning organizational needs with the employee experience. Prior to joining Winrock, she held human resources roles in the health care sector, where she developed and implemented programs, policies and processes to support organizational and workforce needs. Tyler has a bachelor’s degree from Hendrix College and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.
