Fernando Gutiérrez-Sol

Fernando Gutiérrez‑Sol, Winrock’s senior director and corporate controller, brings more than three decades of experience across finance, operations, risk management and compliance, with deep expertise in management consulting and government contracting. Before joining Winrock, he held senior leadership roles overseeing large, complex portfolios of federally funded work and advancing enterprise risk management across areas including cybersecurity, government compliance, AI governance and financial reporting. Earlier in his career, he helped establish and scale consulting services focused on accounting, regulatory compliance, risk management and business process improvement, supporting organizations operating in highly regulated environments. Gutiérrez‑Sol holds a bachelor’s degree in history and political economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
