Kristin Raney

Kristin Raney, Winrock’s director of procurement, oversees the procurement compliance review process, establishing and implementing controls that encourage competition, appropriate documentation, and sound management of procurement data to meet legal and funder requirements. She has more than 25 years of experience at Winrock as a finance, contracts, and procurement professional, having advanced through multiple roles since joining the organization in 1999. Her expertise spans federal and non‑federal project budgeting, financial and cost analysis, audit management, contract negotiations, donor compliance, and vendor and treasury management. She holds a degree in accounting and business management from the University of Central Arkansas.
