Matt Silveira

Matt Silveira is an associate director of Sustainability Services at Winrock, where he leads development of climate and nature strategies, materiality assessments, and validation services for corporate clients. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate sustainability leadership across the industrial, mining and agriculture sectors. Prior to joining Winrock, he helped build successful sustainability programs for Cemex USA and The Hershey Company. His expertise includes translating complex data into actionable insights, developing integrated solutions that create value across climate, nature, social and business objectives, and building partnerships that enhance the effectiveness, scalability and long-term impact of sustainability initiatives.
