Militza Drenning

Militza Drenning, director of revenue and financial systems, leads Winrock’s revenue, billing and financial systems functions, advancing accurate, compliant and efficient financial operations across the organization. She oversees revenue recognition, invoicing and international accounting while serving as a strategic partner in the modernization of Winrock’s financial infrastructure. Drenning brings deep experience in financial management, systems administration and process improvement, with a focus on strengthening internal controls, automating workflows and ensuring data integrity across complex, multi‑country operations. She works closely with Winrock’s finance, programs and IT teams to align financial systems with operational and compliance needs and to support reliable reporting at the project, regional and enterprise levels. Drenning holds an MBA from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
