Olga DiPretoro

Technical Advisor

Olga DiPretoro, technical advisor with Winrock’s Human Rights, Education & Empowerment group, focuses on strategic partnerships, program design and management for Winrock’s counter-trafficking portfolio. Her technical expertise includes locally driven and survivor-led solutions in detecting and responding to trafficking-in-persons, forced labor and exploitation of children. Over her 15-year tenure with Winrock, she has designed and managed over 20 counter-trafficking programs in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. She began her career as an intern with the American Anti-Slavery Group and later worked with the International Organization for Migration and ACCION. DiPretoro served as a volunteer mentor with the Survivors of Torture International and holds a master’s in international policy with specialization in nonprofit management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
