Thomas LeMense

Thomas LeMense is Winrock’s director of financial planning and analysis. He is responsible for Winrock’s annual budgeting and forecasting process, internal reporting and financial analysis. He has more than 12 years of experience in international development across the financial management, project management and business development disciplines. He has worked for Winrock in a variety of roles for more than seven years. Prior to joining Winrock he worked with other firms in the international development space including Counterpart International, International Resources Group, and ACDI/VOCA. He has a bachelor’s in economics from The George Washington University.
