Thomas LeMense

Thomas LeMense is Winrock’s senior director of financial planning and analysis, where he leads the organization’s annual budgeting and forecasting process, internal financial reporting and strategic financial analysis. LeMense has more than 12 years of experience in international development, with a background spanning financial management, project management and business development. He has worked at Winrock in a range of roles, building deep institutional knowledge and supporting financial decision‑making across the organization’s global portfolio. Prior to joining Winrock, LeMense worked in the international development sector, supporting financial and operational functions across complex donor‑funded programs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The George Washington University.
