Request for Proposal for External Audit for the WEECAP Program 

Winrock International invites qualified and accredited audit firms to submit proposals to conduct an independent external audit of the Women Economic Empowerment through Cashew Processing (WEECAP) Program. The audit will cover the period January 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026 and will assess financial records, internal controls, compliance with Winrock International and Mastercard Foundation requirements, and the effectiveness of financial management systems. The audit shall be conducted in accordance with applicable professional auditing standards, including ISRE 2400. Winrock seeks proposals from reputable firms with demonstrated experience in auditing donor-funded development programs. Interested firms should submit separate technical and financial proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined in this solicitation by August 31, 2026. The selected firm will be chosen through a competitive evaluation process based on technical capability, relevant experience, staffing qualifications, methodology, and cost.
