Lucy Jodlowska

Senior Director, U.S. Programs

Lucy Jodlowska is senior director of U.S. Programs at Winrock, where she leads strategy and implementation across a diverse portfolio advancing economic opportunity, sustainable agriculture and food systems, and inclusive entrepreneurship in communities across the U.S. She brings more than 20 years of experience working within social purpose organizations to advance mission‑driven initiatives while strengthening organizational sustainability and long‑term impact. At Winrock, her work spans small business and enterprise development, and includes leadership of the Wallace Center, which advances regenerative agriculture, local food systems, and resilient rural economies through market‑based approaches.

Jodlowska serves as adjunct faculty with Johns Hopkins University’s Advanced Academic Programs, where she teaches courses in social enterprise development and nonprofit financial management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and has MBA and MPA degrees from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. She speaks Spanish and Polish, with working knowledge of French.
