Expression of Interest for Digital Learning Services

The WEECAP program invites qualified service providers to express interest in digitalizing and scaling cashew-processing training modules developed with the Cashew Innovation and Technology Center.

The assignment will include assessing existing training materials, developing interactive digital content, configuring a learning management system, piloting the solution, training users, and supporting learner monitoring. The solution should be mobile-friendly, use limited data, and offer offline access where possible.

Eligible applicants include e-learning firms, digital transformation companies, LMS developers, digital production agencies, nonprofit organizations, and consortia with relevant experience in Africa or comparable contexts.

This process is for prequalification only. Shortlisted applicants may subsequently be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals.
