Mary Little

Director of Knowledge Management Mary Little leads Winrock’s efforts to design, implement and monitor enterprise-level knowledge management strategy, including collecting, organizing and disseminating knowledge systems that promote continuous learning practices across programmatic areas. Mary has over 15 years of experience helping global organizations, companies and financial institutions become more effective and efficient. She previously led knowledge management transformation efforts for Adobe, the European Central Bank, Walmart, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, as well as with other companies, public, nonprofit and international organizations. Mary holds a master’s degree in organizational management from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She is passionate about volunteerism and community development, and was recognized as a “40 Under 40 Leader” awardee in the D.C. area for her service in community organizations including Volunteer Arlington and Bridges to Independence.
