Wassan Humadi

Wassan Humadi, Winrock’s senior director for people & culture, leads the organization’s global hiring efforts, with a focus on attracting top talent and fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace culture. Humadi joined Winrock in 2018, bringing more a decade of experience in talent acquisition, international recruitment and human capital consulting, including work with more than 100 U.S. higher education institutions. Her background includes two years working in Saudi Arabia, where she led multidisciplinary teams supporting talent development and recruitment initiatives. Previously, Humadi worked in automotive manufacturing as a product engineer before transitioning into talent acquisition and human capital consulting. At Winrock, she focuses on ensuring opportunities and fairness for all candidates worldwide and promoting a culture of respect and belonging. Her strategic approach to talent acquisition at Winrock supports the development of diverse, high‑performing teams that drive innovation and organizational effectiveness. Humadi holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
