MTENGO Midterm Evaluation & FY2025 Annual Survey

The Market Transitions to Enable New Growth Opportunities (MTENGO) Project is a five-year (2022- 2027) project implemented by Winrock International and funded by the Food for Progress Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Winrock International seeks proposals from qualified local and international firms with experience conducting project evaluations and complex annual surveys on agricultural and economic growth activities. Qualified firms are those that have been involved in similar projects in the past, particularly within the last five (5) years.

Deadline for Questions/ Proposals Submission:

• Questions Due Date: March 31, 2025 
• Notification of responses to bidders’ questions: April 4, 2025 
• Proposal Due Date: April 23, 2025
