Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Our Foundation for Innovative Transformation
Winrock’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (“DEI”) strategy reflects our vision of building an organization that attracts and leverages diversity and strives for inclusion and equity both within our organization and the communities we serve.
As a critical piece of our overarching Strategic Plan, Winrock’s DEI initiatives have three main components:
- Recruiting and Hiring- create a workforce with diverse perspectives and backgrounds that reflect the communities in which we live and work
- Retention and Development- support staff in building the skills to work and thrive in an inclusive manner within the communities we serve.
- Building a Culture of Inclusion and Belonging- cultivate a working environment where all employees are respected, valued and heard.
