Generous Hosts in Bangladesh

Jen Snow

Dr. Dilip Nandwani spent two weeks in Bangladesh, providing training and guidance to 216 smallholder farmers to improve their home gardens. Reflecting on his own personal impact from his time in Bangladesh, he states:
dr-nandwani-training“This has been my first visit to Bangladesh. I have thoroughly enjoyed this experience, both professionally and personally. The Bengali people have been very generous hosts, and I have been warmly received anywhere. Having worked and associated with United Nations as an advisor in Asia Pacific, this assignment was among the more successful to me. The scope of work, good logistical support, and very enthusiastic participation of [the host] staff, all contributed to the success.”
