Linus Raines

Linus Raines is director of business development for GS America, Inc. Previously, Raines was general manager of Arkansas’ Excelsior Hotel for 12 years. Raines has served as co-chair of the Winrock International Advisory Board since 1997, and assists in business development for Winrock in the corporate sector to establish strategic value in relationships between Winrock and the private sector. She holds positions and memberships on the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Bioventure Board, American Hotel & Lodging Association, American Taekwondo Association, University of Arkansas’ Executive Forum of Business Leaders, and the International Women’s Leadership Forum, and was selected as the International Sales and Marketing Executives Association “Top Manager of the Year.”
