Jeffrey Coleman

Jeffrey Coleman is director of operations for the People & Culture team. He is an experienced human resource professional with more than 12 years of experience in human capital consulting, global human resources, and HR operations. Coleman has extensive experience delivering HR consulting in employee relations, performance management, employee experience, recruitment, workforce planning, organizational development, strategy development and compensation management. He has successfully advised senior management on organizational development and change management efforts that include process improvements, employee career pathing and policy development. Coleman has experience working for both the private sector and for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including ICF, WWF, Creative Associates, Chemonics and FHI360. He spent nearly two years working in Abuja, Nigeria as a senior HR advisor providing strategic, regionally focused HR operations support across projects in Africa, Asia and the Middle East; he has also supported projects in-country in South Sudan, Liberia, Ghana, Morocco, Ethiopia, Jordan and Turkey. Coleman holds a master’s in HR management from Wilmington University and a bachelor’s in social justice from James Madison University.
