Kate Hartman

Kate Hartman is Winrock International’s director of development. She has more than 15 years of experience in business development, fundraising and program management with international nonprofits. Hartman’s expertise spans global health, climate and sustainability, governance and economic development. Since joining Winrock in 2019, Hartman has served in a series of leadership roles, most recently as associate director of new business, where she guided strategy and partnerships to advance the organization’s mission.

Before Winrock, Hartman spent more than six years at PATH, where she managed proposals for major donors including USAID, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Global Fund, and the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. She began her career at CHF International (now Global Communities), supporting programs across Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
