Kristin Raney

Kristin Raney, director of procurement, has over 25 years of experience with Winrock International as a finance, contracts and procurement professional. She started out at Winrock in 1999 as a contract accountant, and was promoted successively to roles including senior accountant, senior lead accountant, associate director of contract billing, and associate director of procurement, prior to her current position. She is skilled in account reconciliation, cash management, federal and nonfederal management of project budgeting, project and cost analysis, project financials, audit management, contract negotiations and donor compliance. Raney has additional experience in fixed asset management, vendor relationships, banking and treasury management and analysis for complicated institutional allocations. She has a degree in accounting and business management from the University of Central Arkansas.
