Matt Silveira

Matt Silveira, Winrock’s associate director of Sustainability Services, has over 15 years of experience in environmental impact, climate action and sustainability strategies across the industrial, mining and agriculture sectors. His areas of expertise include climate resiliency, greenhouse gas accounting, biodiversity, water, and managing strategic alignments for meaningful outcomes for all stakeholders. As associate director of Sustainability Services, Silveira leads validation services of climate projects and programs, and nature and materiality services for corporate clients. Prior to joining Winrock, he helped build successful sustainability programs for CEMEX USA and The Hershey Company, where he learned the value of holistic solutions, making data visible and actionable, and building partnerships to enhance the quality, success, and long-term effectiveness of sustainability efforts.
