Wassan Humadi

Wassan Humadi, Winrock’s director of global talent acquisition, leads the organization’s hiring efforts around the world, focusing on attracting top talent and fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce. When Humadi joined Winrock’s People & Culture team in 2018, she brought 10 years of talent acquisition, international recruitment and human capital consulting experience with over 100 top U.S. higher education institutions. She spent two years in Saudi Arabia as consultant leading multidisciplinary teams in talent development and recruitment. Before moving into talent acquisition, she worked as a product engineer in automotive manufacturing for nine years, consulting for Toyota, Honda, GM and Chrysler. At Winrock, Humadi focuses on ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates and promoting a culture of respect and belonging within the organization. Her strategic approach to talent acquisition supports the building of strong, diverse teams that drive innovation and success. Humadi holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Georgetown University.
