“I thoroughly enjoyed this assignment and others like it. It was for this reason, helping people feed themselves with fish, that I went to graduate school at Auburn University in fisheries and allied aquacultures many years ago. When I see the faces of people light up when they see something is going to work for them like it has for the people of the
Fish Farmers Cooperative of Bougouni, when it is apparent that people know they
are going to be better off nutritionally and economically, I am happy and satisfied. There is nothing more I could ask.”
