Irena Todortcheva

Senior Director of Information Communication & Technology Irena Todortcheva provides strategic leadership for Winrock’s technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives. She provides ongoing leadership and guidance to the service delivery, infrastructure and cyber security, project management, and development and collaboration teams. Working closely with Winrock’s chief operating officer, Todortcheva defines and approves organizational ICT priorities to enhance efficiency and innovation, ensuring that ICT advancements contribute to Winrock’s success globally. She has significant experience with other nonprofit international development organizations, including FINCA International and Congressional FCU, and began her career supporting both nonprofit and private sector companies in Bulgaria and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Todortcheva holds a master’s degree in math and computer science from Sofia University, Bulgaria and a Certificate of Advanced Management from the University of Delaware.
