Since our foundation in 1985, Winrock International has been deeply committed to work not just around the world, but in our own backyard as well. From our support to small farmers in the Mid-South to conservation programs that reduce water pollution and through our portfolio of entrepreneurial development work, Winrock is a recognized leader in the U.S. The Wallace Center at Winrock International’s programs help to improve access to healthy, locally sourced food in the U.S. by strengthening regional supply chains. Winrock also supports community development and entrepreneurial ecosystems to increase economic opportunity and sustain natural resources. Rural U.S. communities face urgent challenges today, and Winrock’s U.S. Programs help to meet and transcend them.
