Layth Jasim

Layth Jasim is Winrock’s Senior Director of Cost and Pricing. He leads pricing efforts; develops, advises, and leads business proposals based on internal strategy principles, donor regulations and requirements; and works closely with cross-functional counterparts within the organization. Jasim brings over 12 years of professional experience in finance, contracts and proposal pricing in diverse settings. He began his career working for USAID in the Middle East, and he has continued working with developing countries since then, providing direct operational and pricing support. He enjoys using his technical knowledge while working on complex, geographically dispersed business proposals. His education in finance and business administration, coupled with skills and knowledge gained throughout his career, have enabled him to successfully lead many proposals with high dollar value for a variety of national and international clients. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance with a focus in accounting and business administration from the University of Baghdad. He is fluent in Arabic.
