Gender Equality and Social Inclusion
Societies do better when women, men, boys and girls have equal access to educational, societal and economic opportunities. Winrock works to empower women and girls to access education, improve their livelihoods and become leaders. Through training and public awareness, Winrock helps families, communities and institutions protect the rights of everyone and eliminate barriers to gender equality. Winrock strives to incorporate gender-based programming in all of our projects.
