This module offers insight to different laws, policies, and procedures that apply in human trafficking and forced labour cases in Thailand – including relevant criminal, labour, and human rights laws.
Module 3: Strategic issues and strategic decision-making in cross-border trafficking litigation
The last module is focused on the different bases of legal action that may be available under civil law in human trafficking and/or forced labour cases in Bangladesh. Module 3: Strategic Issues and Strategic Decision-Making in Trafficking in Persons Cases (Thai)
The last module is focused on legal issues that arise in cross-border human trafficking or forced labour cases, or cases where there is an international element, including key legal and practical issues that arise in cross-border trafficking or forced labour cases.
