Winrock President & CEO Rodney Ferguson Appointed Concordia Senior Advisor
Washington, D.C. – August 18, 2021 – Winrock President and CEO Rodney Ferguson has been named Senior Advisor to Concordia for the 2021-2022 term. Concordia’s Advisors and Senior Advisors are carefully selected by Concordia’s executive leadership, Leadership Council, Board of Directors, and staff, and serve for a one-year term. Concordia’s Senior Advisors are a small, carefully-curated group of high-level individuals, hand-picked for their significant contribution in their field of work.
“Concordia’s work connecting public, private and non-profit entities to solve large problems has never been more important,” said Winrock President and CEO Rodney Ferguson. “I am incredibly proud to be appointed as a Senior Advisor and I’m excited for the opportunity to support Concordia’s mission in this new capacity.”
The program had over 125 nominations this year, and Concordia has appointed a total of 60 Advisors and Senior Advisors. Concordia Advisors are a select group of experts who share updates on innovations in their fields, provide guidance in developing event agendas, and assist in building Concordia’s network of key stakeholders across programming and initiatives. In lending their insight into policy developments and industry updates, Advisors support Concordia’s mission to facilitate cross-sector partnerships for social impact.
“This impressive group of individuals from across a multitude of sectors, industries, and geographies will play an instrumental role in guiding the direction, development, and growth of Concordia over the next 12 months,” commented Concordia’s Co-Founders, Matthew Swift & Nicholas Logothetis. “From lending their insight into policy developments to sharing their expertise on innovations in their respective industries, we’re fortunate to be working closely with these 60 individuals over the coming months.”
