Arkansas Apprenticeship Pathways Initiative

Navigating workforce skills training and job opportunities isn’t always intuitive, which is why Winrock provides assistance to underserved job seekers in Arkansas, as they pursue much-needed training and employment. In cooperation with the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services — which received a grant from the U.S. Department of Labor — Winrock provides outreach on registered apprenticeship programs to organizations that support targeted underserved populations to ensure that those looking for work are aware of the opportunities available and have appropriate guidance on referral processes and benefits of participating in apprenticeship programs.
